Shipping & Returns

HOW IS FREIGHT CALCULATED?
$8.00 flat rate is charged for all orders throughout New Zealand. In most metropolitan areas, this will be delivered using CourierPost Next Day Delivery Service, however, we cannot guarantee next day delivery to other regions.

Once your order has been dispatched we will email you with your ‘Track & Trace’ number so that you can follow up your order if required. If you have placed an order for a gift we aim to ensure that it is delivered on the specified date to their intended recipient and will follow up any delivery queries you may have.

Should a customer wish to return an item for any reason, the freight is not reimbursable. International freight will be confirmed once the order has been processed.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In the unfortunate event that a gift has been damaged through the delivery process, please contact Plush Baby on: info@plushbaby.co.nz to organise for the gift to be returned and a replacement organized.

Exchanges: In the case of exchanging an item, the buyer will be responsible for the new postage costs to ship the new item at a flat fee of $8.00.

Returns: If garments are unsuitable and not to your taste, we will gladly offer you an exchange for something more suitable, however, if you prefer a refund, we will hold $10 administration fee back from your refund.

All customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

Please include all packaging and labels with your returns along with any comments or questions. No exchange or refund on sale items unless otherwise stated.
